Format your data according to the guide below.
Export as .csv file. Please be sure to retain the column headings.
Open a new ticket with Equinox Software requesting a patron load and attach your .csv file to the ticket.
Starred fields are required. If you do not want to set an optional field during the patron import, you can omit the column.

* These will vary from site to site. Make sure to check the Primary Identification Type field on your patron registration screen. The first entry is 1, the second 2, and so on to find out which value you actually want here. Select the number of the field you want. For example in a stock Evergreen, 1= Drivers License 2= SSN 3= Other |
